Getting US Work permit while holding Tier1 Visa

Hi

I have valid Tier1 Visa which i stamped 5 months back, but i am still based in India and have not entered UK even once. My present employer in India is filing work permit for US ( L1 i believe so) . Now i am anxious to know , in case my work Permit for US is stamped successfully, then how it would impact my UK Tier1 Visa. Will this be still valid if i go to US on work permit and once i am back from US i can still entered on Same Visa ?.

Any quick comments/Advise on above query shall be higly appreciated.

You can enter UK till your visa is valid ... immigration office "might" ask why delay,etc.

But remember you have lost ur change to get Permanent Residency(ILR) for normal timeline ... you will need to 2 extentions .... long way ahead.

It;s time to think where u want to settle ... if you just want to travel between countries .. you are fine.

YES, your UK visa is valid not a problem..

Yes uk is valid.
But for permanent stay later u will need 2 extention,for you to be able to get it,pls be reminded that you have spent more than 120 days out of uk already.
