previous earnings -- Allowances.

Post by mclrajan » Tue Feb 16, 2010 7:10 am

My company used to pay the medical and Leave travel , perks etc yearly once. This is mentioned in the renumeration package.

The allowances were paid to me last month. In my payslip, Annual allowance(Perks-2009) is mentioned below the usual details of monthly salary. Morever , the salary(Salary-Jan2020) and allowances(Perks-2009) are entered in the bank statement as two entries. The allowance includes the gross and net .

My question is ,Shall I consider this allowance as part of earnings. Because it is 13th entry in the bank statement , part of payslip.

Yes, you can go ahead and use the allowances as a Part of earnings.. As 1. They are mentioned in the payslip and tax deducted
2. It is a part of your package

just mention in brief in cover letter so that CWorker understands it..
