ILR Change of employment 5 years wp

hi all,

Recently got an appointment under 5 years work permit but with a change of employer and i have the initial wp letter and wen i changed the wp to current employer along with all the p 60s and the relevant docs my question is whether i need a p45 as i dont have it from the last employer but i do have a refernce letter from them will it make any difference

Did you new employer not ask for a P45 ?
Did your new employer applied for a separate WP?

i ve got a p45 just found that but yes there was a new wp issued and i have all the documents for the wp
