Looking for Job as Multilingual Admin Assistant

Hi,
I am married to a British citizen, and I may apply for spouse visa soon, I am looking for a job as an Admin Assistant ( fluent in French,Arabic & English) in Surrey area or London. My husband is unemployed and disabled. I think a job offer will help me get my spouse visa?
I have been contacted before from UK Recruitment agencies but when I say I'm not living in Uk they say they're sorry. I understand that. But now I am married to a BC and would be living in UK probably soon.
Please any suggestions?
