Is the pay slips are important for dependant aplication

Hi friends.

I am in uk on psw visa. And I want to apply visa for my wife and 3 kids from my home country. I have 8000 in my bank account here from the last 3 months.

What about the pay slips for my work. I am working only part time at the moment and earning 500 per month.is this will be the problem for me?

Will the British embassy object on my part time working.that I am not working full time?

What I can do in this matter?

Please give me your advices please,

They have given permission to stay here and work , if you like, by issuing you psw visa.

If you do not want to work , or only want to work part time, than thats your choice and HO do not have authority to MAKE you work full time.

You are worrying over nothing my friend... Apply in confidence... I am assuming you have 8000 pounds in your account. Thats more than enough.

You should be alright.

yes I have 8000£ in my account here.

But I was worried because

they may object that you are applying visa for 4 persons(wife and 3 kids).and you are earning only 500 per month.your monthly pay is not enough for monthly costs(although I have 8000£ savings with me).

What you think about it.please guide me in this matter.

thats why they have got this points system to determine whether you CAN support yourself(and family) or not.

If you can show you have enough amount in bank, as per HO guidance, than esentially you are saying to them "yes i can support my family."

Doesnt matter HOW you earned the money . all it matters is the required balance to be shown in the account under your name.

PS. You dont need to tell them anything about your current employment as its not relevant to psw visa application. So, dont mention that in your app. I am pretty sure there is no question in psw app form regarding employment.

You should be having £533 for each dependant if you have been in the UK for more than 12 months.

But I am not sure that if it is mandatory for the main applicant to show £800 in his account when he is already on PSW.
