Dear Mates,
I had appplied for HSMP attaching the letters of experience from my employer mentioning designation, length of service and job responsiblities broadly.It also included that it is a full time graduate leavel job.I got the rejection on the ground that work experience was not in full detail . My company is not ready to give more than what they have already given.
I also own a partnership business. If now I make a fresh application as a self employed person fullfilling the necessary criteria , will this application of mine be treated as a new application without making crossreference with the rejected application . Could they raise a query that how come I was persuing business as awell a as a job . Do they maintain details about the previous application such as Address , Nature of work shown in previous application , passport details etc? Is there methodology of tracking if the same candidate had earlier applied or not.

Yes they do it in some shape or form. When you apply the second time, you are actully given the same HSMP reference number as your earlier application. The only difference is a two digit appending numbers like "/01" to indicate this is your second application.

I dont know if they will compare deails of your second application with your first. I shouldnt have thought so, as they will decide you case based soley on the documentation you have submitted. They dont take other things into consideration
