Schengen Visa - Desperate

Post by amanda » Fri May 14, 2010 9:45 am

Hi
Can anyone offer advice on the quickest/easiest way of obtaining a schengen visa. To cut a long story short, we booked an appointment to visit the French embassy in London, when my partner (who holds a Nigerian passport) arrived he was turned away & told that the wrong apointment had been booked. We have booked to travel to Paris with family on 9th June, but can't now get another appointment through the French Embassy in London until 11th June. We have frantically tried to call & check their website for any new appointments, but no luck. Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. We are deeply disappointed & desperate.
Does anyone know if additional cancellation appointments etc are released through their website at any times ?
Thanks

Appointments at the French embassy are released every Friday afternoon for the following week. So I'd advise you to start checking/booking on their website today as from 3pm until probably 3:30pm.

Hope this info can help you get an appointment in the near future.
