You are British and perfectly entitled to claim whatever benefits your circumstances dictate you are entitled to. Your mother clearly has a restricted visa with the "No recourse to Public Funds" restriction, so clearly she cannot claim any benefits within the Public Funds definition. On top of that, I'm looking into finance options for university, and because our household is unable to claim any benefits, I'm ineligible for a swarth of financial aid, despite the fact we're well within the income bracket which would qualify for some of these benefits.
Why? Why have you come to that conclusion? Why are you ineligible? On top of that, I'm looking into finance options for university, and because our household is unable to claim any benefits, I'm ineligible for a swarth of financial aid, despite the fact we're well within the income bracket which would qualify for some of these benefits.
Of course you can't see it. I deleted it. It was totally off-topic.I've clicked on that link but i cannot see the long message i posted today about yesterdays visit to the solicitors.
Why did you not realise? I had already split off your post into its own topic. The point is that the subject of your original post was absolutely nothing to do with the subject of this topic, not even remotely.sorry if i post the wrong message on the wrong topic. Just didn't realise.
