Eligibilty on HSMP on Old or New rule

Hi ,
If i apply for HSMP before new HSMP rules will i be acessed on the points on old HSMP or suppose that new HSMP rule come into effect when my Old HSMP application is 1 month old ?Then on which HSMP(old or new ) rule i will acessed?

This question is already answered. The new regulation (Tier system) is expected to come about middle of next year not Now. So the exsiting system remain. You will only need 65 points insted of 75 Points.
