tb test and visa refusal

i have two questions
1. Will my current leave to remain as a dependent still be valid in case my application as a tier 2 gen main applicant gets refused?

2.I have already taken the tb test 2 years ago for my current leave to remain and have been in uk since then. Will I need to take another one when i make a new application from home country?

Dependent of what visa?Anyway

Answer is Yes.

Yes you have to undergo a new TB Test from oversea.
