Dad not well...course finish....PSW..

My course finish on 30th September. I have submit my all assignments. After My results i want to Apply for my PSW Visa. I maintain required amount in Bank.

My DAD is not well in India. I want to visit him. I heard that if i go home i will not be allowed to re enter in UK as my course is nearly finish. my Visa issued by UKBA ends on 31st January.

If on my Return UKBA refuse me entry even though I have still Valid Visa How a Solicitor can help me on Airport ?

On airport any any immigration officers can cancel any student Leave to remain? Do all immigration officers have right and powers t cancel any student leave to remain any time they like on airport?

I know i can apply from home country but as a student I do not have big amount to have in my bank account to maintain!!!

How a Solicitor can help me on Airport? Can A solicitor really help in this situation?

Imho immigration officers in airport are there to prevent people with false information. You are going to enter the country and apply for the tier 1 PSW which is a legal route, hence tell them that you are planing to extend your stay using that.
They are not there to prevent immigration, only illegal immigration.
