Can i apply for T2 General? I still have 9 months of PSW.

Following is stated on the on ukba website in PSW section "switch into another tier of the points-based system as soon as you can", i have read in the forum we should not apply before 60 days are left in our current psw visa (please correct me if i am wrong).

if this is case why ukba has two standards?

The category provides a bridge to highly skilled or skilled work. If we give you permission to stay as a post-study worker, we expect that you will switch into another tier of the points-based system as soon as you can.

60 days limit is relevant for people making an extension application. hope that clarify things for you.
