Do i need solicitor to appeal against visa refusal in HSMP

Do i need solicitor to appeal against visa refusal for HSMP tier 1, they rejected me b'coz of my Maintenance of funds.But I had funds in my personal account for 2 months and than for 1 month it was in Business Accounts.

Is it worth going for appeal or just leave the country??
