can I renew my old county passport after AN submitted?

can I renew my old county passport after AN submitted?

I will submit naturalization application form AN for us and MN1 for my chidren, then we will immediately renew our old country passport. Therefore our old country passport number will be changed after naturalization application completed. Will this invalidate my future naturalization certificate?

Naturalization/registration certificate does not contain passport number.
