Any one can help me because im very confuse and I don’t know what to do or expect

I claimed asylum on 2006 and I they refuse me and give me the right of appeal but I never did .in 2009 I get married to eea national and I applied for my family member and I get five years resident after two year of marriage we get divorce so I think I lost the right to claim my treaty right as im not married for 3 years .and now I found out by friend that any one apply for asylum before 2007 .can apply for indefent leave to remain I checked on my file it say im under the legacy case so I sent application to home office to apply for ILR. But my solicitor said its no thing to do with my marriage visa . I don’t understand .im waiting to hear from HO home office .

DOES ANY ONE KNOW .IF THE HOME OFFICE WILL CONTENUE PROGRESS MY SYLUM APPLICATION AFER ALL THIS TIME AND WITHOUT LOOKING TO MY VISA IT ISSUE BY THE HOMEOFFICE BEFORE.
