English Language requirement - FLR(M)

Post by rrp » Tue Mar 22, 2011 9:32 pm

Hi,

Can any one please advise. Recently I got my ILR and prior to that I was on Tier-2 and my wife is on dependent tier-2. Now I need to change my wife visa using FLR(M) as she has not completed two years in UK.

My wife has completed the Bachelor degree in India and Degree/University is listed in the point based calculator and she scored 10 points for this. Please advise if the original degree certificate will be enough to prove the English requirement or do I need any additional letter from UKNARIC.

Requesting you to advise me as soon as you can and that would be a great help to me. Thanks in advance to all of you.
