Hello everyone,
I am in a very tight situation and so I will appreciate advice from everyone.
I graduated on the 7th of December 2010 with a recognised UK Masters degree. My visa was meant to expire on the 15th of January 2011. However I decided to pursue another masters degree in another UK university. I fulfilled all the criteria and applied for a new Tier 4 visa on the 15th of Januray 2011 and I was given my new Tier 4 visa on the 11th of February 2011.
My main problem is that I no longer wish to continue with the current degree and I wish to apply for my PSW using my previous degree. I currently meet all the requirements (i.e., Maintenance funds which haven't dipped below £800 since the 15th of December 2010, I have a masters certificate issued in December 2010 and my university letter confirming my completion date etc). I have spoken to my course director and advised them that I want to withdraw. I have typed a letter to the UKBA notifying them of my intention to withdraw from my course because it is not suitable for me and I wish to apply for the PSW (I intend to send this letter with my application).
I will be grateful if you guys can give advice and share any knowledge as to the possibility of my PSW being granted.
Regards
