SOC code / COP - queries

Hi all,
I am on work permit. I am due to apply for ILR later this year. My job title is Account Assistant which is not in the COP list. The COP that matches my job title is 2421 Chartered and Certified Accountants. When the company applied for my work permit, they applied to home office stating that I am an ACCA affiliate which is ACCA Part 3 qualified ( salary stated on the COP is £20,000.00). If I apply on the basis of ACCA Part 3 qualified then there is no problem because my salary is above the requirement. After working 3 and half years I got the full membership of ACCA last year. On the COP it means newly fully qualified (salary £27,000.00) and If I apply on this basis then I won’t meet the salary criteria.
I would be thankful if anyone could advise me whether I should apply for ILR as ACCA part 3 qualified or newly fully qualified. In my opinion, as I have been hired as an ACCA part 3 qualified, I should apply as ACCA affiliate (ACCA part 3 qualified) and I have not been promoted due to the requirement to apply new work permit. I will be very happy to receive advise and suggestion from the members of the forum.
