CIFA's fraud record

hi

one of my friend has got his name on cifas fraud list last year nov is it ok to apply for naturalization and any objeactions

I assume that being named on a fraud list means that the person in question has been convicted of a crime relating to fraud.

In such case, read Annex D: The good character requirement.
