thank you very very much. can i ask one last question i have passed my life in the uk test before i got my ILR so i still need to send this test or where to click on the option and do i need t enter the ID number thnx

No need to send the test. In section 1.22, just check the first option:
I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement
