Student Visa refusal under paragraph 62 and 322(3)

In 2008 I applied to extend my student visa. After I applied case worker requested a few documents like mu wage slips, my college documents about vacation and govering body. In a february I recieved rejection letter that my visa has been refused under paragraph 62 and also paragraph 322(3). After I received refusal I left UK in few days. after two years in 2009 I applied from india as a tourist visa on basis of attending my friend's graduation ceremony but I got refusal.
Now I genuinly want to study in UK and complete my education but After recieving so many feedback I am not confidence at all.
In India few visa advisor informed me that I will not get visa at all.
Please advise about this rule under I got rehection and How will I prove that I genuinly want to finish my study in University.

The reason they specified tat they are not satisfied that weather i will com back or not and also my finance which i saw was not enough. So i got rejection for tourist visa
