I would need an answer to my bewildering topic.

I am on a tier 4 at the LSE now which expires in January 2012. I will not be able to apply for a PSW until november 2011 when my official transcript will be available. However, i am starting cambridge in October for a 1 year Mphil programme akin to LSE's. I know i would have to apply for another Tier 4 since LSE's Tier 4 to register in Cambridge in october. I would like to apply for the PSW before it expires in April. Will i be able to apply with the LSE certifiacte despite i would still be having 6 months stay on my cambridge tier 4 by then. Am i qualified to apply when i get the LSE cerificate?
