EEA2 holder,need help

I currently hold an EEA 2 visa and my wife is an Irish national.
1. I want to know if I would be entitled to an irish passport?
2. Can I apply for a British Neutralization immediately after the 5years?

I think you mean you want to be naturalised.

To be neutralised is to be killed.

The period of residency required is five years for permanent residence (PR) under EEA/EU rules.

One year after PR you can apply for naturalisation ( citizenship).
