Post by reddybbn » Sun Aug 21, 2011 3:48 pm

Hi,

My dependants Tier 1 general migrant visa rejected and filling IAFT-2 form.

Do we need to fill separate IAFT-2 form for infant baby also?

we are submitting a covering letter providing details of the both dependants.

Can somebody please help me?

Regards,
Narayana.

I suspect that it's separate form per appellant.

I agree with you. separate form for each appellant.

there is a section to fill the details of the family members in the same form.

In this section, infant baby details will be mentioned.

There is a column which requires signature of the candidate, so if we submit separate form for infant baby, i guess thumbprint should be fine.

Can somebody help, who has faced the same situation.

regards,
Narayana.

I just filed my visas too. As per USBA guidelines, separate application is required for infants too and mother/father can sign on there behalf...
