Applying for entry clearance.

I just got my HSMP approval letter and am preparing to apply for entry clearance.
I have a few queries:
1. What are the application forms I need to fill when applying for entry clearance. (I will be travelling with my wife, her education and work ex. did not count in the HSMP application. We both hold Indian passorts.)
2. Will there be an interview?
3. What support documents should I submit with the application forms?
Answers to any of these would help.

Anand,

You need to fill up VAF1 form..You can call up VFS services in Mumbai..

Send a mail to : vfsuk.west@visa-services.com

They will send you all the form reqd..

Chances are that you might not require an Interview..Depends upon them..
