Appeal Allowed on 12th Aug, not heard any thing after that

Hello Every one,
Recently my appeal was allowed on 12th of August, after that i have not heard any thing from Home Office, can any one advice wat will the process once appeal is allowed. I came to know that HO will ask for your Passport and photos, after that they will take couple of months to give u Visa and i have also heard another version as for the new applications who has already given the biometric, they are getting the visa card directly is there any truth in there, it will be really helpful, if any one can share there experience in this matter . thanks Krish

Today(5th Sep) i have received letter from UKBA asking for my Passport and Photos, does any one know how much time they may take to post my VISA.

Expect your passports back between 10-20 days approx.

Good to see your appeal is allowed. Did tribunal consider new evidence in your case i.e letter from HMRC?

This is unfair.....my appeal was allowed more than 13 weeks ago and i have not heard anything.since then.They are holding my passport.It should be first come first served.

Today (27th Sep) got a letter from UKBA, they did send my passport and a letter stating that they have approved my case and they will be sending me the BRP with in 10 working days.
