any advise on what to do next

hi i was wondering if anyone can help and advise me from previous experience.
im from bangladesh and my dad had 2 marriages 1 who he brought to england and my mother which he had no chance as he past away before he could try.
my mother has 3 daughters and 1 son (me) me and my older sister came 2 this country with my dad when we were kids before he passed away.
after my father passed away few years later my mother went to high commision with my 2 younger sisters and wanted to come to this country for settlement and they refused her but then my cousin brother from england appealed against that and they gave my 2 younger sisters british citizenship and refused my mother.
few years later i applied for my mother for a visiting visa but they refused it so i appealed against it and they still said no as they dont bliv my mum is a genuine visitor because of her previous application which was done 4 settlement and they dont think she has the intentions to go back as there is no sufficient reasons for her ton return.
so whats the best step 4me to take now as i do blive there is no chance of me applying for settlement as i did show she was living a luxurious lifestyle and not really depending on me.[/b]

ok, i think in my personal opinion thaat your best help would be a solicitor. however, if she want to come to uk as a visitor they should issue a visa, specially if she is visiting her son. or the other route is if you want her to come and stay here for good then they can not refuse her and the fact that she lives a luxury life does not come to it at all, the bottom line she want to come and live with her son, good luck any way, but like i said a lawyer is the key to your problems,,,,,,

A visitor visa is for some who intends to return home at the end of their visit, which she doesn't.

A elderly dependent relative visa requires that the relative is dependent on the sponsor, which she isn't. The bottom line is not that she 'wants to live with her son' - this isn't a category of the rules.
