Tier 1 refusal

Post by solarytee » Sat Nov 05, 2011 1:56 pm

i was refused when i applied to tier1 general back in march because i fell short by points(miscalculated the earnings).I appealed to the tier1 tribunal where i provided evidence of extra funds. My appeal was not successful. I subsequently proceeded to the upper tribunal arguing my case on article8 (i have two children) on right to family life. The appeal determination was still not successful, is there anything else i can do, please help with your advise or suggest a very good human rights lawyer i can go and see
