i had a uk Born baby now with her Leave to remain visa with me in UK.
now if next time i don't apply for her next leave to remain Extension as a dependant, and she don't travel outside the UK.... and after my ILR, i will apply for her British nationality is there will be any problem in this way

please guide me

just looking for the answer if a UK Born dependent child (Tier 1) had Leave to remain on his Pakistani Passport, then Leave to remain expires, and child stayed in UK for next 3 or 4 years without leave to remain visa. is it possible after this for dependent child to apply as leave to remain or British nationality if parent received ILR.
