How to monitor the number of Tier 2 visas granted so far!

hi folks,

It's greatly appreciated if you can tell me how to monitor the number of Tier 2 visas granted so far? As per UKBA website "The Tier 2 (General) route will be subject to a limit of 20,700 places for 2011/12".
