Family visitor visa covering letters and documents

Hi,

Could anyone help me to process family visit visa for my parents? My wife is pregnent and I want to invite my parents to UK for couple of months. I am confused about the documentation. If any one can help me in this regard. I have also confusion to fill VAF1b form. I need advice about covering letters from my side and from my parents side. an example or template copy would be appriciated.
