Biometric card question

Post by lisa35 » Tue Dec 20, 2011 11:30 pm

In 2010 february I went and did the biometric process and got a biometric card for my visa instead for it to be stamped in my passport. Will the HO have record of this as when I renewed my visa in the June 2010 I had to end the Biometric card and they stamped a visa in my passport.

I am worried that there might be a gap in my passport due to the biometric card that they did not return to me and I am about to apply for ILR. Will this affect my application? I have my previous passport throughout the ten years and have a new passport recently.

Could you please advice?

Many Thanks

You need not to worry about this.

The home office issued you the biometric card and they have record of this.

You will be fine....
The question is... to be or not to be....
