Hi guys,
I worked for KPMG as external auditor for nearly 2 years and then joined Deloitte for nearly 2 years now as a senior consultant, I want to claim 2 years graduate level working experience, but the companies only provide me with standard reference letter with no detailed job description or responsibilities.
I planned to ask senior managers to write me reference letters detailing what I did, but still not feel confident...
what else could I do? I will provide pay slips as supporting evidence, search both UK and my country's job hunting website to show them that a bachelor degree is required for big 4....
will these be suffcient?
