Work Experience for HSMP

Hi guys,

I worked for KPMG as external auditor for nearly 2 years and then joined Deloitte for nearly 2 years now as a senior consultant, I want to claim 2 years graduate level working experience, but the companies only provide me with standard reference letter with no detailed job description or responsibilities.

I planned to ask senior managers to write me reference letters detailing what I did, but still not feel confident...

what else could I do? I will provide pay slips as supporting evidence, search both UK and my country's job hunting website to show them that a bachelor degree is required for big 4....

will these be suffcient?

I know quite well that this is typical if you are working in the UK at the company such as KPMG, Deloitte & Touche. They only give you stantard letter.

Certainly it is better if you could get experience letter such as required by HSMP guidelines, but if yo could not there is nothing you could do.

I belive you should not worry about this becuase they could easily contact your employers and ask everything they need. Your case will be stronger if you submit other eveidence such as tax documents and bank statement showing the flow of your salary.

yes, I will have enough pay slips to prove my stay with the firms.

hopefully I could get approved.

btw, what you think about my concern on the past earning period as in the following post? I am not able to get through to the HO
