Today I received the letter of acknowledging the receipt of my application.

However the surname on the letter was wrong. What can I do now?

I called 08706067766 in today's afternoon. Is it right? And I wrote the e-mail to UKBApublicenquiries@UKBA.gsi.gov.uk. Is it right?

they will not be taking action based on your email!

if you have called, and they corrected it on their system...you should receive new letter in so many days

UKBA is not acting on e mails or calls.
