My wife is going back home for a while.

Post by jacanied » Sat Jan 14, 2012 2:59 pm

Hello

I am a EEA resident living in the UK. My wife is non EEA resident living in the UK. Now. She would like to go home for a while.

I have a question
For how long she can go back home so she don't lose any rights to stay in the UK.
I'm sorry if my english is bad :(

Thanks for help

What's her immigration status in the UK?

I don't think that will answer your question but this is what I found in my wife's passport:

Residence Card of a Family Member of an EEA National.

Employment and Business Activities Allowed

Thanks for quick answer.
