salary requirement for tie2 r ILR

Hi ,just now i have heard from one of friend about the new salary threshold requirement for ILR 31k-41k .

is that right, if its is then it will apply for everyone who got tier 2 before April 2011.

i got my tier 2 in may 2010 and having salary of 25 k.

please some one let know about the new rule

thnaks for the info,
i have gone through the sites , but still in confusion doest it affects me i got visa on 14th Aprill 2010 or who got the visa after Aprill 2011.
please let me know
