APPLICATION FOR CHILD MN1

Post by vidhibhargava99 » Sun Feb 19, 2012 9:44 am

We are in the process of applying for British citizenship. Our son was born here and we are filling up MN1 form. He has been away for more than 450days in last 5 years and more than 90 days in the last year. It is a bit confusing as the guide does not mention periods of absence for children but the form requires it. We are both on ILR(parents) and meet full residency requirements and are applying for British citizenship in a joint application (AN). Do the above periods of absence for my son make it likely that his appication will be rejected?

Son's (age under 18?) absence is not relevant.
