Staying out of UK on TIER2 and the affect on ILR?

Hi Guys,

I'm on TIER2 General visa. I travel to a EEA country frequently to visit my family and friends. (I have schengen multiple entry visa valid for 6 months with 60 days of stay), After end of this visa I might get another 6 months multiple entry visa (If granted)

I'm hoping to get ILR at the end of my 5 years on TIER2 (If its not abolished) but still at the end of 5 years I will be qualified under long stay (10 years legal stay in UK)

My question by spending time outside UK for more than 60-90 days will it affect my ILR? How long am I allowed to stay out of the country on TIER2? and also does is it has anything to do with a continuous stay? Say If I stay out of UK for 90 days but not on a continuous base is it ok?

did you apply? did you get answer to your question on "P45 shows that..my last earning was in June 2010"....

my case is also similer....please share your experience...
