My wife is granted ILR but her biometric resident will arrive in 7 days.. few questions...
1) can she claim benefit now? as her previous visa didnt allow?
2) i want to claim jsa as join claim shall i wait for her biometric card to come or i can claim straightaway? (Uk citzean)
3) can she get neutralistion before 3 years period? if not can she at least apply on the date of her arrival to UK after 3 years? or does it have to be 1 year exact from when she was approved ILR?
