FLR Application - Urgent Help

Hi Everyone,

I am going to get stamped for the HSMP status for the first time based on the HSMP approval letter dated 26 June 2006. I am going to change my immigration status from the Work Permit to the HSMP. When I checked the www.workingintheuk.gov.uk site for the latest FLR application and guidance notes I am a bit confused seeing two different FLR forms. Like one says FLR and another one FLR HSMP. I doubt if the FLR HSMP is applicable only for the HSMP extension stamping.

And I also see that there have been some changes with respect to the FLR rules. Are these changes only for the people who apply for HSMP extension or is there any specific changes for the first HSMP stamping as well (like more documentation?).

Any guidance in this regard would be much appreciated.
