cross border contracting for non-EU people

I hope someone knows something about this please.

I am a non-EU citizen with a settlement permit (Niederlassungserlaubnis) and operate as a freelance consultant in Germany.

In offering services to other EU countries what are my limitations with respect to time I can stay in those countries providing services.

More specifically I don't know how the UK treats that issue because they do not appear to recognise EU settlement permits or has that changed recently? England is a potential source of work so I want to be sure what I can do there with respect to working.

since you are non-eu, yuo would need to get individual visas for each counry.
