ILR granted and BRP card received - Croydon PEO

Post by gkr79 » Wed Jul 18, 2012 3:40 pm

Hi All,

First of all I would like to thank moderators of this site.

I have applied for my ILR through Lawyer at Croydon PEO on 5th July. Though my case was stright forward (WP+Tier 1). Because of system crash they did not process on the same day.

Today, I have received all the documents from my lawyer. The letter stating about ILR approval was dated on 11th July. I have also got My BRP.

I lost P60 for year 2010. My Lawyer advised me to show bank statements for that year.

Hope this helps

Hi Gkr79

Lots and lots of heartiest congratulations on getting your ILR and thanks a lot for sharing your PEO experience with us on the forum.

You've mentioned in your post that you've lost your P60 for the year 2010 did the CW asked any question from you regarding that lost P60 or did the CW asked about your employment history from the HMRC.

Good luck for the future.
