help needed

I am new to this forum which was recommended to me by a friend of mine who has found success here. I am a bit confuse about the time I need to apply for Naturalization and I would like to be assisted pls.
I have been in Britain for nearly 3yrs as the spouse of a British citizen. the date of first entry into Britain was 10th march 2010. ILR was granted on February 14th 2012. I have stayed out of the country for a total of 10 days since the time I got the ILR to date. could someone please tell me the exact date that I need to apply for naturalization . also when is my 3yrs up pls? thank you all.

You can apply as early as on 9th March 2013
