Tier 2 VISA to PR query

Hi All

I came to UK in May 2007 and went back to India in May 2009. I was on a work permit for 2 years.

I came back to UK in May 2010 (after 1 year gap) on TIER2 ICT VISA and has been here since. I have a valid VISA till April 2014 and I am wondering whether I will be eligible for a PR any time soon. Any advice will be much appreciated.

please let me know if somebody require more information.

as a T2 ICT migrant you would only be eligible for ILR if you had applied for your current visa before 6 April 2010. Note that it is the date of application that matters, not your actual date of arrival in the UK.
