Im a ladyboy from the Philippines and my boyfriend who is a German national wants me to go there to a have a civil partnership with him.I would like to ask,what visa will I need jo apply and the requirements need for the processing.my fiance also wants ask ,what documents he needs to send to make the process more easier.hope to hear answer from u guys,itll really helps,thanks[/i][/b]

Under Directive 2004/38/EC... only durable partners (people who have a lasting relationship) could possible also benefit from this movement right... (your not a family member until married / civil partner)...

The movement rights only apply in a country OTHER than your own (which is also EEA)..

Therefore a german cannot rely upon them to bring their spouse to germany etc (EXC See Surinder Singh).

How long have you been together? have you lived together?...

If not, then it would go via the counties NATIONAL LEGISLATION... and not EEA regs

Can you confirm which country you plan to move to... (if germany [not germany site, but first one on google: http://germany.visahq.com/)

thanks for the info,my concern now is what proof they wil ask in order for them to know how long we have known each other,and i already registered to immigrationboards.com ,i told them my situation but have not receive reply yet.or its better to ask my boyfriend to go to local registrar in his town to gather some infos.

This is immigrationboards.com - its a forum, this thread is better in that section as you plan to MOVE TO EUROPE..

The section you have posted in is for EUROPEAN LAW movement to the UK.

One thing is for sure, the Immigration Officers want to know a lot of information... and it is a CRIME to LIE to them. (they will outright ask how long have you known each other ETC... "selective truths" will be a lie if you don't give the true answer...

IE:
"how long have you been in a relationship"
"How many times have you seen each other"
"When did you first meet"
ETC are just the basic questions you will be asked...

It is best for you to approach the german visa information... (and it mentions getting a notorized invite etc...)... Have you / BF tried to call their info lines?
