I GOT REFUSAL 2 TIMES OF MY WORK PERMIT APPLICATION :-(

Hi,

I am working in the Istanbul branch of the German shipping group and our UK branch wants me to transfer to their office but I was resigned from the company 5 months before than they applied for WP. Although we had a chance to apply as INTRA COMPANY TRANSFER they did not and I got refusal 2 times... The reason of the refusals is mainly missing company information... 1 month ago I re-employed in my old company and our UK agent is going to apply for one more time but this time as INTRA COMPANY TRANSFER. Would you pls advise me can they apply as ICT because of there is 8 months gap between re-employment and also pls adwise me is there high risk to get refusal again because of 2 times refusal.

AFAIK, for inter company transfer WP application, you need to work in the company for at least 6 months in last 6 months.

You got refused twice, you might try a third time. If it fails, then consider it as a Home Office HATTRICK
