Hi ,
We both recently got PR and we don't have kids yet.
I am in to permie role and my spouse is not working.
What are benefits my spouse can avail if I work 40 hrs week with 30k+ pay.

Unless your spouse has been working previously, unlikely anything. See entitled to calculator to run a check, tick you are both British.

- housing benefit & council tax seem to be mean tested and savings/capital seem to be considered ? Does that include all savings here in UK and abroad also?

They could be entitled to C-JSA if they've paid the relevant NI contributions over the last 2 tax years.

The other benefits which are means-tested will take into account capital abroad.
