Hello guys i have heard from my friend that you people are so helpful even better thn solicitors. I have to apply for 10 year long residency next month and my case is as follow:

FIRST STUDENT VISA STAMP = 12/02/2004

FIRST ENTRY IN UK = 16/02/2004

PSW EXPIRE = 11/01/2014

IF U SEE ABOVE FiGURE THN I HAVE 36 days gap to complete my lawfull 10 years but if i subtract 28 days (as we can apply before 28 days according to ukba law) thn i still have 8 days gap to complete my 10 years lawfull period.

I really need help from guru that what should i have to do this situation how can i cover my 8 day gap ? I cannot go back on student visa as they have cap on it now and i been studend in my whole stay in uk and i am on psw at the moment . Many thanks please please help me out .

well guru if i apply ILR with 8 days gap thn what u think they gona refuse me or could give me indefinite visa?

well guru i just come to know some source that i can apply after expiry of my visa but within 30 days as per ukba new rule ,please let me know if its true , many thanks
