Can my asylum lie be discovered?

Post by hany81 » Sun Dec 01, 2013 9:21 pm

Hello,

- I am none EU
- I came to UK as a business visitor (6 months visa)
- I had a biometric fingerprint in the UK Embassy, when I was issuing the visa
- I want to claim Asylum in UK
- I have a real case for asylum, not fake one
- However to increase my chance I want to hide my Passport, and I'm going to lie saying I came illegally hiding in a boat

Is this lie can be discovered?

Thanks for advice

The UKBA will have a record of your fingerprints, business visitor visa and your entry into the UK.

Thank you for your fast reply :)

I had this advice that my legally visit visa will reduce my chances to claim the asylum and I should apply for the appointment as soon as I enter UK.

That's why I should say the above lie to increase my chances, and when I asked about the biometric finger print I was told it's not connected and applying for the visa doesn't mean you entered the country.

Now I am really confused :S

impossible to lie

Your biometric information is stored on a central government database in the UK so ?
UK Student Visa : 04/2004 - 09/2009
EEA Residence Card : 07/2010 - 7/2015
EU Settled Status: Confirmed on 16th July 2019
Naturalisation : Confirmed on 02nd Oct 2020
Passport Approval : 21st Feb 2021

The truth will eventually come out and they wont believe you no matter how genuine your case is.

My advice is be truthful from the very beginning even if it is inconvenient to tell the truth.
