Post by laurafu » Sat Nov 30, 2013 11:27 pm

Hi! Everyone what a way to help each other very good forum Thanks in Advance
i need help and info about EEA3 for A2 national here is my history in UK
Applied and recevied Yellow Registration Certificate in Oct/2008 as Student in IT Diploma from College finished and got Diploma and January/2010 did Advance Diploma from an other College and same time got part time job 20 Hours a week finish the Diploma in one year Dec/2010 15 months job for same company but i did not applied for Blue card and then Nov/2010 Start start full time job for different company i till now i am employed by that company full time now oct/2013 i want to apply for permanent card EEA3 but i just found my first two colleges closed or shut down by home office and them tier 4 license was suspended first and they closed down now if i want to apply for EE3 so first 2 years i study in those colleges so i dont know how home office will confirm from them but they dont exists any more all though i got all the certificates from them.
So simple equation is:
yellow card issued as Student 10/2008
Did part time job with study 15 months continusly but never applied Blue card
10/2008-03/2011 study and part time job
employed full time 03/2011till now current permanent job
so i will be fine if i apply now after 5 years exerciseing treaty rights as A2 EU national and i never had CSI and i was issued Yellow Certificate before June 2011
i will be great full for quick advice thanks
